The following are requirements for a minor or area of concentration in Applied Economics

Masters degree: (16 credits)

  1. AEC 512 and AEC 513 (8 credits)
  2. AEC 525 (4 credits)
  3. 4 or more credits from AEC, FOR, Health, or ECON

Doctoral degree: (16-18 credits)

  1. AEC 611, 612 and 613 (12 credits)
  2. 6 or more credits from AEC, FOR, Health, or ECON

Graduate students seeking a minor in Applied Economics, and MAIS students seeking a concentration in Applied Economics, must receive an average grade B or better in all Applied Economics courses.
