Unquestionably, the college’s highest priority at this time is to secure the funding for the Animal Sciences Education and Research Pavilion. To date, the State of Oregon has already committed $4 million to the facility. Your gift toward the facility will help ensure this critical goal becomes a reality.
The pavilion will be an impressive addition to the western edge of campus, and its practical, day-to-day benefits are manifold. The facility will consolidate lab, surgery, and teaching spaces with animal housing. Instead of transporting students and animals from one part of campus to another, as they now must do to address all aspects of their work, students and faculty will be able to work and learn in one centralized location, in a pavilion that is as excellent as the people who use it.
