Greenhouse Request Form for Short Term or Outdoor Space Loans

Please check type of space being requested. This includes greenhouse, head house and outdoor space at the CAS\AES East and West Greenhouses. The use of all space is subject to the guidelines established by the Greenhouse Operations policy and procedures. This form functions as a guideline for the GOPS crew to identify ownership of outdoor plant material. It also assists users requesting space for their projects and tracking for those users loaning space. Questions contact the GOPS office at 541-737-2381.

The User, at the User’s expense, agrees to return the space allocated for their use to the original condition or better upon relinquishment of space. Remember you must notify GOPS office prior to moving plant material into the greenhouses from outside locations. Please send an electronic or hard copy of this form to the GOPS manager.
