The Northwest Multicommodity Marketing Research Program

The Northwest Multicommodity Marketing Research program will investigate economic market opportunities, new packaging technologies, consumer preferences, and initiate a dialog with developing food business about educational and training needs. The aim is to implement an integrated set of research findings, educational programs, and technical services designed to enhance regional capability for innovation in food processing and marketing.
