"Collaborative Community Engagement: Experiential Learning through Extension": Student application information

This service learning engagement opportunity is a pilot program in the College of Agricultural Sciences. We're looking for students who want to engage and co-learn with communitites on a topic of interest or a specific problem in the community. These projects will take place through Oregon State University Extension in three to four different counties and will run between January and March 2016.

Once you read through the project descriptions, please choose your top two project choices. Remember that students will be given funds to travel to the community location and, with the help of faculy and community leaders, listen, plan, teach, and learn together with the community in solving the problem. Upon completion of the project, studens will give a presentation showcasing their project.
