Student advising in the College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) is consistently considered among the best on the OSU campus.  Advisors can help you define your major, plan your total course of study, arrange a workable schedule for each semester, make sure you are meeting graduation requirements, guide you in graduate or professional school decision and application, consult about career opportunities, and more.

Every student in the College of Agicultural Sciences is assigned an academic advisor. Since the advising in our college is decentralized, all of your academic advising is done in your major department. If a student cannot find his or her advisor or has additional advising questions that the advisor cannot answer, the first step is to contact the Lead Advisor in that particular department.

If you have further questions or concerns that Academic Programs Office is here to help.
