A wide variety of activities are available to students on campus, in the community, and in Northeast Oregon.  Campus activities range from athletics to academic clubs and service organizations, including Ag Club, Range Club, EOU Rodeo Club, EOU Athletics & Intramural events, and EOU Student Government.  Support services and resources enrich and assist student’s academic and social needs and goals.


OSU students have the advantage of full access to EOU’s wonderful student life activities as well as unique OSU opportunities, clubs and activities.  Participate in EOU athletics, rent gear to camp or learn climbing with the Outdoor Program and join OSU’s Range club to research and present at National conferences.  The possibilities are endless!  Make the most out of your college experience!

The community and region have a variety of activities and events including: the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show, community rodeos, close access to fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, biking, wildlife watching, and nature trails.  Students also have access to movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, and many other amenities in La Grande and surrounding communities
