The Internship Agreement Form must be completed (and signed) before the internship begins.
Three components of an internship:
1. At least 200 hours of "on-the-job" experience
2. A written report of the internship experience
3. An oral presentation detailing your activities during your internship experience (15 minute presentation; 15 minutes of discussion)
A faculty advisor will assist you in planning your internship, completing the agreement form, and will be a liaison during your experience if issues or questions arise.
A final grade (Pass/No-pass) is assigned after the completion of your oral presentation.
For a complete explanation of the guidelines, please read the Internship Policies and Guidelines document.
Before meeting with your Faculty Advisor, please fill out the Internship Agreement Form.
