It is the student’s job to schedule the Initial Project Meeting during the first term of research. This meeting is between the student, the research mentor, and the BRR director, and is usually held in the mentor’s office. This meeting is also called the Mentor-Student-Director meeting.

At the Initial BRR Project Meeting, you, the mentor and the director will go over and sign the Student/Mentor/BRR Staff Responsibilities Checklist, showing each of your responsibilities and deadlines.
