Activity plan/report in Ideal-Logic
- When you submit an Activity Plan/Report in Ideal-Logic, your event is added to your club's calendar for members to see.
- Clubs that are sponsored by the College of AgSci or a College department (highly recommended) will automatically have their events populated into the CAS Clubs & Orgs calendar - https://agsci.oregonstate.edu/clubs-orgs/events-0.

- The CLT can print up to 15 flyers (color or B&W) for your club

- Special Events: RSO events that are open to all OSU students and occur during weeks 1-10 of the term (Fall, Winter, Spring only).
- Org Development Events/Activities: RSO activities, meetings or events that are "closed" to the public.

How to run an industry tour
Before the tour
- Determine budget
- Find van drivers
- Create list of preferred and alternate tour stops
- Contact potential tour stops and finalize itinerary
- Advertise to students and finalize list of attendees
- Order vans, food, and hotel rooms (if needed)
- Check in with tour stops several days before tour
- Consider renting a headset microphone for tour leaders
Day of the tour
- Print copies of itinerary, addresses and contact info for vans
- Get all participants to sign field trip waivers
- Create an attendee group text/GroupMe
- Complete head counts before leaving each stop
- Do a final recap at the end of the tour
After the tour
- Send thank you cards/emails to all tour stops
