Hemp Supply Chain Operations, Sustainability, and Manufacturing

This consortia includes faculty members from supply chain management, finance and marketing, and applied economics. The groups' overall objective is to design and develop sustainable hemp-related supply chains from field to consumer and assess the triple-bottom-line based value propositions and discover and promote market opportunities and stakeholder management. Potential research topics might include:

  • Infrastructure and transportation systems analysis
  • Linkage of materials production and processing facilities
  • Consumer insights, market analyses, demand/supply analyses
  • Supply chains digitization, governance and standards
