Oregon State has been part of our family life as long as I can remember. My Dad was an Oregon high school educator and a loyal Beaver fan. My earliest memories included trips to Parker Stadium and Gill Coliseum to watch the Beavers.

Betsy grew up on a small farm on the edge of Los Angeles County. Her family grew table grapes, which she sold at local farmer’s markets to raise money to buy a 4-H project animals.
