2023 Grape Day-
Join the Oregon Wine Research Institute for their annual event highlighting research that impacts Oregon wine grape industries. Members of the Oregon Wine Research Institute will share the latest information from their research projects during a series of presentations and an interactive poster session. This year, presentations will focus on Grapevine Red Blotch Disease, with presentations that range from the vineyard to winery impacts. The poster session will feature a wide array of research projects currently being conducted by the team and colleagues in Oregon.

Cover crop incorporation: a workshop for vegetable farmers-
Join us outside for an afternoon all about cover crop incorporation with an equipment showcase, field sampling demonstration, discussion on successful incorporation from experienced farmers and researchers. NRCS and SWCD conservationists will share programs that support farmers using cover crops. This event is for farmers of all production scales.

Hatfield Marine Science Day returns in person-
Hatfield Marine Science Day is a science fair and open house featuring a wide range of research labs operating at Oregon State Universitys Hatfield Marine Science Center. Over two dozen research labs will host interactive exhibits about their work this year. The Visitor Center will also be free and open to the public all day. The event is free, hands-on, and ideal for life-long learners and family-friendly. Everyone is welcome!
Keynote speaker Sarah Gravem, a marine ecologist and research associate with the Partnership for Interdisciplinary Studies of Coastal Oceans (PISCO) group at Oregon State, will discuss recent changes in the kelp forest and rocky intertidal ecosystems. Oregon Olive School 2023-
Registration Opens on April 18th
Mark your calendars for the 2023 Oregon Olive School, on May 18th and 19th. This program will be a day and a half of olive programming tailored to growers in Western Oregon.
Youll hear from guest experts, the OSU Extension research team, and have a chance to tour an established grove, research plot, and olive mill. The first day will be hosted at the North Willamette Research and Extension Center in Aurora, and the second day (half-day) at Durant at Red Ridge Farms in Dayton.
