The Klamath Basin Research and Extension Center (KBREC) is one of thirteen Oregon Agricultural Experiment Station (AES) research facilities studying projects related to food and fiber production, processing and marketing, wise use of natural resources, human nutrition, commercial fishing, and other topics important to the economic and environmental well-being and conditions of the local areas. The Oregon AES is the research arm of Oregon State University’s (OSU) College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) with locations as varied as Oregon’s climates and landscapes.
