Spring 2022 News Stories

Ally Rumpakis is joining our team as Director of Alumni Relations

We are pleased to announce that Ally Rumpakis joined our team on April 27th as Director of Alumni Relations for the College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS). Reporting to Amy Crumley, Ally will be working temporarily from the Portland office until she relocates to an office in the CH2M Hill Alumni Center this summer. In this position, she will be building strategies and platforms to align and advance college priorities utilizing the college’s passionate stakeholder, alumni, and donor base including managing engagement and volunteer board activities such as the ER Jackman Friends & Alumni Board.

Oregon-born and raised, Ally is a third-generation OSU alum and graduated from the College of Business in 2015. Her professional experience caters to communication, relationship building, and marketing specifically in brand strategy and social media. Ally is a member of Oregon Women in Agriculture (and VP of the Marion/Clackamas chapter) and most recently worked as the social media and community management lead for Tillamook County Creamery Association. Ally is also an active OSU alumna volunteer in our OSU next young alumni network. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing soccer, trying new restaurants around town, scouring thrift shops for old records (Johnny Cash or Willie Nelson specifically), and prefers the Mike Parker radio broadcast for any and all Beaver sporting events.

We look forward to introducing you all to Ally soon!
