Wei Dong

Wei Dong, PhD, started her postdoctorol scholar position of OSU under Dr. Aymeric Goyer in July, 2013. Her research focuses on thiamin biofortification of Arabidopsis and rice as well as pathogen resistance of rice. Before coming to OSU, she received her PhD degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and carried on a postdoctoral position in CAAS under Dr. Jianmin Wan. Her PhD work involved folate biofortification of rice, QTL analysis of seed content in rice, and folate determination in rice germplasms.
