Biography

Alyssa grew up on her family's century farm (est. 1903) in Silverton, Oregon, where they produce fine fescue grass seed, seed oats, and hay.  In 2004, the family switched from raising commercial beef cattle to registered Miniature Hereford cattle for breeding and show stock.  You can usually find Alyssa and her family exhibiting their cattle at livestock shows in Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Colorado.  When not exhibiting cattle, Alyssa is back on the farm assisting with the daily operations and management practices.
