Prior to moving to Oregon in August of 2014, I was blessed to serve as the agriculture teacher and FFA advisor for 13 years in Ralls, Texas. I received a B.S. And M.S. In Agricultural Education from Texas Tech University. I am currently an instructor in Agricultural Education and General Agriculture. I am also a PhD student, working towards a career in agriculture teacher education. My wife Amanda was the high school art teacher and cheerleading coach for 11 years at the high school where we both taught, and we now have two wonderful daughters. Baylee, the gymnast, is 8 years old and Adilee, the dancer, is 4. We have truly enjoyed our time in Oregon, and feel very grateful for the opportunity to come to Oregon State University. My favorite thing about teaching agriculture is the opportunity to develop lifelong relationships and make a lasting impact on others through agricultural education.
