Kristin Rifai is the Center Administrator for the Global Hemp Innovation Center. In her previous role as Administrative Manager, she oversaw the administrative functions for the Department of Crop and Soil Science at Oregon State University. Kristin brings years of experience in Human Resources, Nonprofit Business Management, logistics planning, budgeting, and resource development.
Kristin received her Bachelor's in Anthropology from Oregon State University and her MBA from Marylhurst University. She previously owned her own business providing communication access to deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. Her experience includes work in higher education, non-profit, high-tech, real estate, and airline sectors.
