PSEP Refund Policy
Oregon State University's Pesticide Safety Education Program (PSEP) strives to provide high-quality educational experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Participant Cancellations
- Refunds are available only for cancellations submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled course start date.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected].
- Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee.
- If the total amount paid is less than $50, no refund will be issued.
- Substitutions may be allowed with prior approval. Please contact [email protected] to request a substitution.
Event Cancellations by PSEP
- PSEP reserves the right to cancel events for any reason, including inclement weather.
- If PSEP cancels an event, participants will be notified via the email provided during registration at least 12 hours in advance.
- Partial refunds may or may not be issued depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
- Oregon State University is not responsible for costs incurred due to event cancellation.
Additional Terms
- Refunds cannot be processed if more than six (6) months have passed since the original charge date.
